I was also just looking for some stats on BNS and found this thread. I was just in Mexico and had a conversation that included Inverlat and Scotiabank. The opinion there (though not a reliable source) was that Scotia has enough position in Inverlat that they may be in for a name change. This was the research that I am now doing. Anyone have knowledge of this. I can tell you that there is a lot of growth showing in the north of Mexico. I personally am researching a branch of my small business in Chihuahua. That is how this connection with Inverlat and Scotiabank came up.
