Strange after maket activity on TGSK

Would you believe a 250,000 traded at 16:16:39 at (you're not gonna believe this) 80 cents.
Here is how after hours looked

I don't feel that this will have any effect on trading tomorrow as I have seen this sort of thing happen before, but I look forward to the day when I understand what is going on.
