It's all there. freeedgar.com It seems some hot shots from M.H. Meyerson have bought big into this company. My guess is they are going to shell it out. They have cash coming from the virtual sale of the co. They have been shaking the tree for cheap shares. It looks to me like they have taken just about the whole float out. A way to get even with the Jersey boy's? Or at least get in with them, before the run. (They are not ready) I don't own shares right now, having sold on the last run-up, but will jump on when it starts to run.
