CS, the $55 million is just the write-off they will take this Q. The purchase price is 540,000 shares PLUS some undisclosed amount of cash. Seems to me that the cash portion would have to use up a big chunk of the new $275 million - otherwise, why borrow it? Something smells, but with this cold I've got I can't tell whether it's fresh or foul. Tulips don't have an aroma, do they? Bob
