The terms of Mr Jackson's agreement appear to be pretty straightforward.

" Mr. Jackson, as part of this understanding, agrees that no shares will be sold until the above mentioned business opportunity is finalized."

That is VERY SPECIFIC. BOTTOM LINE => Mr Jackson should still have all his shares. If not, we either have a signed deal with Disney or a breach of contract. Personally, I'd like to have the 20,000 unit sale. Damn agreement still poorly written. It's obvious a lawyer didn't look these over.

I still don't understand why Huttoe put out soooooo many shares. If these sales get completed, the value of the shares will rise. At $4, Mr Jackson would make $20 mil on a sale of approx $ 60 - $ 70 million. Just a wwwweeeeeeee bit high.
