Mark: Here are some random thoughts not related to price: When does the "continued timely release of numbers" start? Doesn't it bother you that we still don't have all five holes done? If they can't get five done how are they ever going to get 68 done? What's happening with the new CEO? Has the advisory committee been meeting? What happened at the last meeting, if any? Any guesses about why the last set of numbers was not in the same league as the previous two holes? What's going on with the ASC hearing? May is upon us.

Price related thoughts: How do you not consider daily share price when you've been in a stock for three years? Do you put some value on the time value of money? How much money would I have now if I hadn't listened to my idiot broker and had actually bought those additional shares of MSFT?

There is ample reason to be concerned. This is a speculative investment. We should continue to ask the questions and consider both sides of the Naxos equation. I'm currently bearish and see no short term hope for any significant appreciation in value. I expect the AGM will be very interesting. JLA
