Jackson's like the other gals says "MONEY" or SHARES. I believe the company has the option to choose which it would like. Mr. Jackson would receive $2,500,000 if the shares were trading high enough AND SOE had the money to pay. That's why it would seem prudent to sell company shares to pay off these large share deals IF NECESSARY. Aloha
