Alex, In Truth... SEEK Has Lagged...

LCOS and XCIT almost forever. It has been this LAGGING oddly
enough... from a stock price standpoint, at least... that allowed
SEEK's SPO story to be played out to such great effect, i.e.,
"SEEK, the undervalued (undiscovered) search engine." And, ironically, it MAY
end up that SEEK's laggardness (price wise) will make it a
wonderful candidate for a deal with NSCP involving equity
participation.

As a perennial laggard myself, I can appreciate SEEK's
situation. But, let's not be TOO SURPRISED when LCOS and XCIT
are racing and SEEK is not. For this scenario has played
for hundreds of days. So far, if memory serves, SEEK's owned
(I mean, DOMINATED) only one week if you look at these things in a head-to-head...
and WHAT A WEEK THAT WAS. Ahhh, but that now seems like
centuries ago. So much, both good and ILL (very ILL),
has happened since.

Now, about DIS. As rumors go--and this isn't a brand new
one--it's pretty grand... and makes a heckuva lot of sense
from the standpoint of how the two companies can mesh on
the Web.

We shall see. Best Regards, SEEKers,

c m
