Re. Taiwan cap-equip spending plans: "For every US$100 in earnings, Taiwan plans to spend $110 in investment" This is not tenable, long-term. How can you spend more on investment than you earn from that investment? Isn't this the same market-share-at-any-cost philosophy that got S. Korea in its current mess? I predict these pie-in-the-digital-sky numbers won't happen.
