this is bogus... you got slammed with your puts that you took on before the recent rise... you were trying to trade the range and got caught... this is all right... just liquidate your position and move on....

IBM won't see 90 for the rest of this year at least... i think that 140 is only months away and the recent increase in the dividend only fuels the rise...

if you ask me, the dividend increase was overdue and the repurchase plan also gives support for the rise.. the problem with the repurchase plan is that IBM might be able to keep the price low while it buys back its stock.... this means that long term holders might have to wait more than a year for sure to see the real value of this stock...

but, all in all this is beautiful work on the part of Gerstner.
