Bryan - I believe that the entire 39M+ shares are "outstanding", meaning that the shares have been issued to the named recepients. (Actulally, since these monthly distribution plans only go through August, I expect that there are even MORE SHARES ISSUED than we know about, now! HOW MANY? Another reason we need to be able to get a CURRENT SHAREHOLDERS LIST!) In the "PROSPECTUS" it used the words "will be issued" and then "all of the stock was granted", and at the bottom of the "GRANT OF COMMOON STOCK" (the page with everyone's names), the words "All of the stock is issued..." As I stated, both Brooks and Jackson (for example) recieved several payments of shares to reach the totals recited. SEDONA John (Pluggin' my way through the stuff - in Paradise)
