This from thestreet.com re: H&Q conference and Iomega

The Pain, the Pain! The Disk-Drive Pain!

The disk-drive industry still hasn't quite recovered from last
October's tech selloff. That's probably why attendance was
sparse for such disk-drive names as Seagate (SEG:NYSE)
and Iomega (IOM:NYSE) Monday. One interesting company in this space, however, is Quantum QNTM:Nasdaq), which presented Tuesday morning.

That says it all. I sold my Iomega last week, not because I don't think it could be a great performer by year-end, but because I can't stand to watch it go up or down 1/8 each and every day.

No money managers care about this stock at present. It's going to either take a buyout or at least 2 more quarters with good reports. I just can't wait that long when stocks like Amazon go up $13 in one day. (Ever notice that yes it goes down too, but it has never gone down nearly that much in one day). Sure beats watching paint dry.
