You mean there are brokers out there who will allow one to 'dollar cost average' a Cdn. $100.00 order?<ggg> Seriously, though, I've had more than my fair share of both sides of that coin--getting 'cut' trying to catch falling knives and, conversely, doggedly (or wolfedly, if you prefer) waiting for a stock to come down to my price--often like 'Waiting for Godot'--it never arrives. Generally, however, I agree with your proposition and always manage to leave some money in the piggybank for averaging down.
