Brad, there is one HUGE flaw with your projections... That is, they are based on other projections. Specifically, projections coming from FAMH. I don't think you can cite one earnings or revenue projection they have made that has actually come true. Plenty have fallen short, however. Example: Miami office opening in November (is it open yet? does anyone know?), projected earnings of 21 cents for 1997, projected earnings of nine cents for 4th quarter 1997, projections of Myriad closing on Feb. 1 adding to earnings, projections of income from selling off ATXI assets... Company projections have been awful. I expect the current projections to be as bad as the former ones. Wildly optimistic, the same as their press releases. P.S. What are the costs of all these acquisitions going to do to earnings? I don't see them figured here.
