Kid, I E-mailed to the founder of BIOMODA not to long ago, and he told me that the price per share of stock is substantially less than their $5/share offering from several years ago. To paraphrase him; For someone willing to invest $100,000 we could offer our shares for significantly less than the $5/share price. Check out post #730 for an E-mail I received.
