bob: I now have a sell signal based on sufficient negative market sentiment. However, I would not be surprised to see a rally start within the next few days. That rally may be signaled by the 5-day ARMs. It is interesting to note that since the 5-day ARMs sell signal of 4/23/98, the DJI has declined by 245 points. That kind of action has not happened since January. The 5-day ARMs now stands at 5.10. The last time the 5-day ARMs was this high was on 1/28/98. As long as I feel I am correct about the market direction, I will be buying puts on various indices. If the opportunity presents itself, I will be buying calls on the various indices.

The last signal that I received was a buy signal on 1/28/98 when the DJI was at 7915. Good luck.
