Let's try to imagine who might have sold some of those shares. Remember that only the exhibit identified the lockup. Since the shares could have been sold illegally(before the filing revealed the lockups) More on the who shortly. You can bet the SEC knows... SGA has only two officers and Directors. Ted Melcher and his wife perhaps, Jeanne Melcher. Probably taught that trick to Huttoe. We need to keep digging.. JILTED
