Hi Greg

I agree with your assessment of mgt. They are growing and shaping the company in a prudent manner. Given their earnings and the current interest rate scenario I would have thought that some more institutions would be buying shares. There loss, our gain. Currently I own Cabletron Systems. I've made money on CS twice within the past 18 months. I also own Cytogen which is a developmental bio-tech. CYTO has very good prospects over the next year. I also own Indenet, which is in the digital ad insertion and billing for tv/radio stations. Excellent prospects in 1997 and less than $4/share. And last I own DSC Communications, unfortunately I've lost money, fortunately not a lot. I only took a nominal risk. As you can see I have some diverse and risky holdings. INDE and CYTO could be major hits. Give me some more info on EPG when you get the chance. Is it a real estate REIT or a financial REIT?

Got to go.

P. S. Did you write your message at 5 a.m.?

Good luck with your investments.

Charles
