Tom C: Re: questions ...

Our stock symbol is FBNA. That information, and anything else you might need is at magneticdiary.com. All pertinent data is there.

As you will see when you review that site, we believe in letting our prospective investors have one central location from which to glean all information that will enable them to make their investment decisions. There's no need for any further Due Diligence, like that which is needed to tie all loose ends together at other companies.

We've had problems with various quote servers since the day of the IPO. Several of them just can't seem to locate our symbol. That could be the reason that the FBNA information doesn't show up at the end of SI posts. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I'm sure you're aware that I cannot comment on the price of our stock, but I can assure you that those people who were lucky enough to get in on that first day have no complaints.

FBNA investors have absolutely nothing to worry about.

Thank you for your interest in our company.

Regards,
