You answered that your company is considering it.

I always like to get information on a company from a reliable third party... the majority of the time one of those sources is the electronic filings at the SEC Edgar website. I tend to be a bit suspicious of a company, especially one involved in high tech and who's premier product is a software program, that doesn't file electronically with the SEC. Seems it (electronic filing) should be a piece of cake for a tech company. If a tech co. can't figure out or doesn't bother to file electronically a little red flag signals me and makes me wonder just how good their other computer products are.
