Just sitting back reviewing CWQ 's press release April 21,1998. They still send me a copy by snail mail.

"Imperial Oil Resources Limited is the operator of the well and reports that, based on seismic data, the portion of the pool in which they have an interest is expected to contain approximately 150 billion cubic feet (BCF) of gas in place".

BEA and Stampede Oils estimate 600 BCF.

Possible to develope into a major gas development project. Gas production will commence this year - Devonian Crossfield should commence in 1999.

Curlew's working interest 1.3% to 2.78% in the Mississippian and 2.5% to 5 % in the Devonian.

Taking the foregoing into consideration (minus the BEA hype) and considering Curlew's other properties, this stock is undervalued. It will take a little patience though to see it through to fruition. In a way it reminds me of Prize Energy PZI on the ASE that should be a lot higher than it is given its potential in the Wateron Lakes area.

Regards

Kevin
