I've been following this thread for quite some time now, and I have not seen any estimates on what a Texaco deal would do for this stock price other than the usual.."thru the roof".....or "hit the sky" or whatever non specific description you want to use. My question is...what is going to happen to this stock if and when the deal goes thru and I do say if because no one can guarantee it will or this stock would already be a "moonshot"...(theres another one for you) Also I find it a little bit of a waste of time all this "guess the day crap"....don't mean to be a party pooper but why not just stick to the facts and put useful info on this thread and cut the dumb games. You sure don't see this type of thing on what I consider to be professional threads...(such as your TAVA).... and it is a waste of time for those of us trying to weed thru these to find some pertinent facts. It makes me hesitant to buy this stock given the bunch of people who have nothing more to offer than guessing games. I have to seriously question their investing expertise. Don't get all bent out of shape over this but lets try to do what SGT. Friday said..just the facts ma'am. In other words.....whats the bottom line......BOTTOM LINE
