Hi Dave, hi Kenny,

While you guys were fixating on Connors' description of the situation as "unfortunate", I got more of a kick out of this statement:

"It is anticipated that to the extent a defense does exist that the defense will be very limited."

So why bother ? The legal recourse for protection against creditors is known as ......

Connors then goes on to say "The Company does not believe that the relief currently sought by Danville State Bank will have any material adverse effect upon the operations of its remaining revenue generating subsidiaries. "

What a relief ! So guess that means except for the little matter of coming up with $1.5M, there's really no problem !

Can my wife pick the color of the certs ? She would like wall paper to match the furniture .... of the dog house I get to live in !!!!!
