PROBABLY WAITING FOR A DECLINE BEFORE REPURCHASE.
CONCERNS ABOUT BEING OVERLEVERAGED,BALANCE SHEET SHOWS RECEIVABLES EXTREMELY HIGH AND PERHAPS BAD DEBT. THE STREET WILL PROBABLY DOWNGRADE.
