Bob...kindly post this to the SI board...ARET has landed a $5 million dollar contract:
Shawnee Mission, Kansas, April 28, 1998 -- ARET announced today that Tomahawk Construction Company has signed a contract to provide design and Project management services for the initial phase of 500 low income homes in the Linares, Nuevo Leon, Mexico area. An independent trust fund, set up on behalf of Fomerrey (the state) and FOVI (the federal) low income hounsing agencies, will provide fee plus incentives, initially valued at US $5 million; the final contract dollar amount will be determined after the design phase is completed. Design work has started and Tomahawk will finish its mobilization to the Monterrey, Mexico area within the next 30 days. The first 500 homes are scheduled to be completed within 6 months, after ground breaking.
