You need to know that many people seemingly connected by the activities in the S-8's are not at all connected to their respective activities. This is a scheme to get a lot of stock sold in a hurry, the way it looks. Even the transfer agent may not have known that there were restrictions because the filings didn't happen until 9-23. Soooooooo...The people and money could be long gone, and that's what I think is most important here.
It may be more imoortant to find out where these shares were sold.
