Don't worry one bit about MSFT's P/E. Wall Street loves this stock too much to hurt it, unless things get really bad for the company (like what happened in the late 80s to IBM). At worst, the stock will get stuck in a trading range and consolidate there for a while until the earnings grow enough so that the P/E isn't so high any more (a natural decline in P/E...this eventually happens to most high flyers as their earnings grow faster than their stock price (which is going up by leaps and bounds anyway, but just not as fast as earnings).

INTC(W): Depite the recent runup, Intel is STILL *UNDERVALUED*!!! No joke, the stock deserves a far greater valuation than its current S&P average multiples. For such a leading company, it deserves much more than the "average" stock.
