INDIVIDUAL INVESTOR MAG. UPDATE
4/28/98 Actrade Buy Recommendation Reiterated; Buy

We continue to rate Actrade International (NASDAQ: ACRT) a buy
especially after its latest quarter.

On April 23, Actrade announced strong third quarter results with revenues up
more than 97% to $25.5 million from the year-ago quarter. All margins
improved substantially which resulted in earnings rising 63% to $0.13 per
share. The company's balance sheet looks very strong with $7 million in cash
and no long-term debt. As of March 31, the current ratio is 10.6.

ACRT's TAD program continues to grow at a very rapid rate. For the last
three to four years, TADs grew on average by more than 200% and are
expected to increase by more than 100% this year, to account for more than
$50 million of total 1998 revenues.

We expect earnings to increase 85% to $0.52 per share in 1998 on revenue
of about $100 million and to $0.88-$0.90 per share in 1999 on revenue of
$200 million. Our year-end price target is $25.

Updated 4/28/98 with ACRT trading at $15.25.
Recommended 11/18/97 at $22.75.
