I saw two 20,000 shr trades go by early this morning at 4 1/2. It made me wonder. Has S-3 conversion begun? They have a 20,000 shr daily limit or 10% daily volume, which ever is greatest. If these guys are rushing to the door, we could see some major downside. In addition, Neil you have already commented on this, officers hold 767,000+ options which they can exercise begining May 15, 1998. I have never seen so much stock waiting to be sold in one company as Ramtron appears to have. This could be a very rainy Spring indeed. The upside to all this, once selling is over, maybe we can help the brother retire to his steel mill in Oregon.
