Ron, I have been to one of their NY locations many times and am impressed with their operation. The key to their success is their discounted selling prices of used CD's. That is what brings in the traffic. I have bought both new and used CD's on numerous occasions. I have yet to have a problem with any of the used CD's. If a problem is encountered, you can return it for an exchange. I have not sold a used CD to them but I have seen other customers come in and do just that. This is a very efficient operation and obviously their computer system/inventory controls are essential to their success. When this operation is placed on the Internet, it should only lead to even more success for CDWI, IMO. Regards. Elliot
