A mistake I have made a least 10 times happened to me again today. I stay up all night researching stocks, markets, charts, and reading message boards, balance sheets, international news, etc. I then clearly see what I should do the following day. for instance, last Wednesday night I realized that the internet stocks would pull back. I found one that I thought would drop a bit (DCLK). I Shorted it Thursday morning @38. As my research had shown me, the internet stocks all pulled back. Friday DCLK fell to around 35, so that weekend I did more research and was positive that Mon. DCLK would be down at least 5 more points to about 30. My plan was to cover at around 30 and then go long. Well Monday morning came and DCLK fell to 30 7/8 giving me exactly what I wanted, now it was time to cover my short and go long! Guess what I did....!

I said to my self.."Maybe I should just hold it one more day and then I will cover and go long on Tuesday, after all I am way ahead of the game"!

Tuesday came and DCLK opened up @38....!

The Rule Is....Dont Get Greedy!
