I agree with the recent several analyses above. To make a
supplementary comment, I would like to emphasize the
importance of OEM in MNPI's long term business. These days,
PC's are sold with modem in (except some direct sale like DELL
targeted to goverment offices). There are fewer and fewer people
to buy new modem for his/her PC. By comparing with similar
modem makers in the crowded market, MNPI is in a better position
than other small modem makers. Another point is that MNPI's
product emphasize central sites (condensed modems) which is
mainly competing with USRX. It looks like a disadvantage, but
once again is better positioned than other smaller (similar) sized
modem makers.

Please comment any mistake of my very rough analysis.
