Richard, Thanks for the reminder. I did watch that news bit last night. I thought about EPEA and felt this could be a turning point for them if they used it in context with the need for quick turn around launches. Look at Iridium and the system they will have setup by September 23, 1998. If any of their satellites, or all were to get damaged or the weather sat. or the others. Who is going to be able to get new ones up and running. EPEA could. JMO too. Gary
