I agree with you on today volume and trade, it doesn't mean much but it's still...

interesting to see someone spend approx. $70,000 on two 70,000 trades?

In order to have Debt you need credit, who would give SOE credit with the financials they have? You need personal information like tax records and business financials. I would be VERY SHOCKED to see SOE with any substantial Debt.

Regarding selling these S-8 shares. How do you get 1+ million shares appear on your account? Do you get a company letter with corp. seal and board of director signatures stating "Bryan Buck" is to receive 1,000,000 shares transfered to his E*Trade account effective immediately. Do I wait until December 2, 1996 before I begin selling or do I sell out of my account with my Social Security Number on it that is given to the IRS, RIGHT NOW. Do I sell as fast as I can into the buying and close the account? What am I telling the SEC right now, can they find me?

Do you think that 40+ million shares were sold to investors at an average price of something like $2.75 per share = $110,000,000? I don't think the investors here have that kind of clout. Many here bought 10,000-30,000 at $.70 = $7,000-$21,000, or the second group that bought 2,000 at $3.50 = $7,000 etc... The point here is we don't have more than 100 people who have contributed to SEXI on SI and MAYBE another 100 people at AOL with MAYBE another 100 at SGA etc.. So we have 300 investors + 1000 for good measure = 1,300 investors x $10,000 each = $13,000,000. We would need 10,000 investors, investing $11,000 each to equal $110,000,000 to pay for all the selling?

So what's left of the approx. 40,000,000 S-8 shares?

By the way, do you guys really think those were brokers (Prudential etc.) calling to ask questions in the conference call? Probably not! I don't know why I just thought of that?

Aloha
