Today, April 29, I received my March 1998 statement. Not bad, the month almost lapped Datek in it's ability to get a timely statement to me. And,for the third month in a row, my beginning balance differs from the prior month's ending balance. Datek has been unable, thus far, to explain the reason for this problem, other than to say that many others have experienced the same anomaly, and that they are "working on it." Is this the new Datek mantra? They should post it on their home page..... DATEK...Where we're WORKIN' on it... Is this the way to run a so-called professional shop? And is anyone surprised? Thankfully, the amounts are small, most likely cause I left so little in my account there when I finally decided to bail. Interested in others' similar experiences.
