Michael, how familiar are you with Transfer Agents? Do you think that a Transfer Agent would just give someone 1,000,000 shares without paper work. I think they have a copy of the letter and the agreement or something to that matter. I think SOE held off on the filing of the S-8's to the SEC to keep the shares quiet. But I think that SOE had the original agreements completed before hand and just through the S-8 form and info. on top and submitted half-ass to the SEC when ready. My point is, don't you think the Transfer Agent would require information for there records? Can they just give shares to someone based on a letter from the company and no other Transfer Form etc..? Definately worth looking into! Aloha
