To my knowledge this is their first submission to the FCC. They have finally got the system up and running which has taken years of research, development, and testing and now they are finally ready to get the show on the road. The one week time frame was the information I was given. I do not work for the FCC but it is not a space system like that other post seemed to have implied so it should not take years like some people are thinking.
