William, The press release sounds very positive. I have a number of questions that are still unanswered however. I will post them here, and also will pose them to Paul Ebeling.
1. Who is the accounting firm retained by TEIM that can verify the statement about the financial condition of the company?
2. Does TEIM really have any finacial benefit from the movie "Conspiracy of Fear"?
3. I have been a shareholder for about six months and I have not received any quarterly reports on the financial status of TEIM. Does the company intend to mail financial statements to shareholders or at least release quarterly finacial statements via a news release or through EDGAR?

4. Did Tridon and Maingate really merge or was that also a false rumor?

I believe that many of the shareholders share these same questions. We are being patient and trying to get an accurate view of the company hoping that the negative rumors are not true.
