Yes, I recall same. I guess the other question is whether or not all 2.75MM could actually be bought on the open market (in only 5 trading days now) without moving the price above the $0.40 level. That of course would require that the parties holding the warrants wished to acquire their additional "entitlement".

Do you suppose the shareholders of DAL are generally glad/sad with the "tight hole" status?? [On one hand, it may hinder putting required $$ into the corporate coffers while on the other hand it may help limit the issuance of "cheap paper"].
