Greg - Re:"Prudential" In general (and I'm sure there's an exception or two), stock brokers want you to buy or sell something. They don't really care what - they make their money on the commission for the transaction. Next time, ask the Pru broker if he/she will forego his/her commission in return for a percentage of your profits (and help you out if you incur a loss). You'll be in for a big laugh! Also - I've received many cold calls from brokers trying to get me to buy their special get-rich-bargain-of-the-day. I suspect that the get-rich-bargain-of-the-day stock comes from a large account they have that is paying them to unload that particular turkey. Paul
