I believe that if Bradstone gets control it won't be good. We'll see how the PVO shareholders get protected by the regulators for blocking the GBU deal. I'm not a fan of PVO management but now it could get ugly. Rumour is that Bradstone has a few deals that are in trouble and need cash thus the value of the PVO treasury. The guy that runs Bradstone has an interesting reputation especially with some of the deals that Canaccord did for LOM. P Brown and Bob Aki?? Watch out.
