USA I copied onto a data base all the 6600 stocks of record from DBC site. I think stuck all of them in a Yahoo portfolio containing 200 tickers. I then took all the portfolios and down loaded them into a spreadsheet and data sorted them based on price. Next I took all of them under $1.00 and made portfolios on Yahoo for each price range. I check them for volume, news, and so forth. I visit the Bankruptcy site, Shell sites, and many more that I have book marked. I spend a lot of time trying to find the ones that are moving. Now I knew about RPII and I did not buy. I was paper trading SURG and did not buy till at .90 I did . SO many times these little nothing noe reason stocks start to move and they move for a reason. You have to act quick and make some serious phone calls to see if it is momentum or real. GB
