I really don't think the FED can raise rates.
The big boys at the FED are nervous about this stock market.
Since we bailed out the far-eastern countries, there's not a lot
of liquidity here to bail out our markets if they needed to.
Raising rates here would also suck more capital out of Japan,
in a flight to quality. That wouldn't be good, either.
So, I figure rates will remain where they are for a while.

Interesting EW stuff on the XAU, You obviously know more
than I do about counting the waves. I subscribed to Prechter's
newsletter in the late 80s. Could never make it pay off.
From there, I went to Telescan and Cabot, where I am now.
