Thanks for the insight Walter!!

My opinion is that basis price is actually pretty irrelevant (except perhaps in setting "goals" when first making a trade such as when to take the profit or loss and get out) since it looks at the past when it is the future that matters. The question to me isn't whether I've made or lost money (or how much), but what the best use of my money is now and in the future. Kind of the idea of "hold onto an investment until you find a better use for the funds."

For those that do consider basis price to be important, I think I paid about what share are currently worth (this was about a year and a half or so ago), so I'd be breaking even on a relatively small position.

What I was really hoping for was opinions on where everyone thinks it's going. My horizons are long (20+ years with plenty of earnings in the interim), but I'm at least passively interested in short term concerns.

So what do people think ... how good or bad do you think SEG is in comparison to "most" other investment possibilities? Also, any opinions as to whether it seems to be a particularly good or bad stock to write covered calls on. Thanks again!!
