Making a good move to insure they have a piece of the pharmaceutical biz...since this is a real area where Documentum is the key player... biz.yahoo.com They just don't have the internet tie in and they are a Canadian firm, so this is probably the biggest deterrent for this stock not being a participant in the current hysteria on internet stocks. THE MONEY IS IN INTRANET...this is where the dough will be, and with the this company growing as quickly as it is...it's obvious that they will catch up. chris
