I spoke to Jack Arnold today.. He seems more and more confident that all can work out.. None of the nervousness of our prior conversations.. He was very straight to the point.. #1 The reverse merger will go through, but it may not be as bad as originally planned.. He apologized for the lack of news on yahoo, etc, but said those releases cost $$$$ and that's not the best way to spend the company's funds right now.. #2 Though the reverse will still be there, it could be smaller.. All is still on the table.. #3 WOTD *is* very concerned about the shareholders' attitudes and opinions. They most definitely want the NASDAQ listing.. #3 PLEASE NOTE: WOTD is still buying CVIA, but for tax and trading purposes, looks like the symbol will remain the same. (CVIA).. This said, I was told the warrants were not a deal killer, and we, the shareholders should benefit. There ya go, no sugar coating, just the facts.. Last point: glad the price support of the stock is in the .015 range. Hope she holds in this range, or grabs a little more gain..
