The refundable deposit means that if Manova can't get the tax exemption, the deal is off. Maybe they will still do a deal if the relief isn't approved, but the terms won't be nearly as good.

Look at the numbers. $2.5 million for a unit, and most of that will be profit. Part of that will be held back to be paid in installments like the AMBIX deal, but that can be thought of a pure profit anyway. Manova projects an annual gross profit of $4.8 million per plant which is an indication of how important the tax exemption is. GRNO has an opportunity to take a minor ownership position which will mean that if capital can be raised for it, an enormous return on that investment can be realized. Surely, financing can be raised for that eventually.

Manova has already projected 3 possible locations for plants, an indiction of the coming possibilities. And as BC pointed out, Turkey's central location between East and West will make it easier for prospective customers in Europe and Asia to visit a plant to see it running at the proper level.

Getting the exemption is the key. A three month recess of the parliament is scheduled to start July 1 and the approval must come from the parliament. I hope approval comes by then.
