I agree with your thoughts concerning the latter part of the year. Buying in the 12s seems to be the bottom but 13s is fine. The bollinger bands are narrow and I'm looking for volume to pick up as an action sign. Big drawback: a lot of overhang with investors waiting to get even and leave. Take care. Regards, Rosalie
