<< I like the company, but the stock looked overpriced. The long term
expectations look wonderful on INTC. It really looks like a winner.
But I guess $100 looked to expensive to me 3 weeks ago when I sold
out. Do you think the stock is overpriced? Or should I look into
buying it when (hoping) it falls below $115? >>

If you think the long term looks wonderful, I would recommend that you consider the warrants (INTCW) instead of the stock (INTC). You'll increase the return for the same investment. The warrants are now about 80 and are valid until 3/98. One warrant is an option to buy 1 share of INTC @ 40.25 until 3/97 and then about 1-2 higher until 3/98. This would increases your return quite a bit as INTC moves up from present values.

Personally, I think Intel is very CHEAP at these levels and am still buying.
