actually NUZA is authorized to issues 50 million shares....... right now i think there's 30+++ million shares outstanding including the options/restricted shares.....one thing bad about this is on fiscal '95, there is a total of 14.8 million shares....the stock did not split itself during those times.....NUZA just issues more shares to finance their acquisitions/mergers and paid N. Rand himself with a stock options in exchange for his services.... the long term outlook for NUZA is very encouraging as mentioned in their forward looking statement.....short term, i think NUZA might go back to .20 level again and i think that will be the support level for this end of 1st fiscal quarter...right now, the company's market capital is very much undervalue....so a .30 stock price will be supportable by end of 2nd quarter fiscal '97 especially if they beat their earning estimates...... just a thought... foOLish eL........
